About Us

Meet Alex

Alex Stolworthy MS, RDN, IBCLC is the owner and founder of Bodywise Nutrition Co. With over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families, Alex provides empathetic and judgement free nutrition support through a person centered and weight neutral lens.

The Bodywise Nutrition Co. uses a combination of Intuitive Eating and Functional nutrition principles to support your  goals and improve your relationship with food . We believe that all bodies are good bodies worthy of adequate nourishment and equitable care.  Our three tiered approach allows you to  overcome food struggles,  reconnect with your body and define what 'health' means to you.

  • What experiences have shaped my views on nutrition  and wellness?
  • How do my eating habits impact my feelings of self worth?

2. Create your own eating style.

  • Learn what foods feel best in your body.
  • Understand how much and how often you need to eat to eliminate food noise.
  • Reincorporate foods you love without shame or guilt.


3. Optimize nutrition and health.

  • Functional lab testing to identify root cause issues and develop tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Supplement suggestions to correct deficiencies and manage symptoms.
  • Tips to enhance nutritional value of meals without compromising flavor and satiety.
